When the item arrived it was perfectly wrapped with a handwritten note. This was a gift so did not see it until later. I had a named engraved on it as well and it turned out perfectly. My mentor teacher has a room filled with giraffes and I wanted something different and memorable. This definitely did the trick. I would hands down buy this product again!!
